STAGE 1
Firstly we will need to schedule an appointment which will be held over a phone call, this phone call should last approximately 15 minutes. During this phone call we will get to know your project and what your requirements are, we will ask questions such as what your budget is, the style that you like, the hardware required and the colour and texture you would like.
STAGE 2
If after the phone call you carry further interest an in-house consultation will be arranged. During this consultation we will further discuss your requirements, additionally we will delve into a specific style for you.
We will also deal with the curtain headings, trims and light control (linings & interlinings) to perfectly suit your needs of insulation and privacy. A payment of £ 70 is required to cover the time spent and travel costs.
STAGE 3
We will now reach the selection phase, this is where you will be provided will fabric samples with a large variety of colours and patterns to choose from as well as hardware if required for your desired project, we deeply value our clients vision which is why we provide all designs to ensure you find your perfect set of curtains too leave you beyond satisfied.
Aided-design rendering can also be provided in order to visualise your window treatment.
Once we’ve finalised your vision we will provide a quote to you within 1-3 working days.
STAGE 4
In the final stage of our process if the quote is approved we will require a 50%deposit before we add it to schedule and begin fabricating your desired curtains.
Once the product is finished we will contact you to arrange when the installation can take place, the final 50% of the quote will be required at the installation.
